Tuna + Jello = ??
Rebecca had me over for dinner last night so that I could feature her in my next post for the “Feature Friday” series. As we digested super and finished the last of the wine, Mel pulled down this book from Rebecca’s bookshelf. It’s a 1960 cookbook completely dedicated to meals made of Jell-O. Most of the recipes were nauseating but for some reason this one was particularly nasty. Think about it: tuna and jell-o. It’s so bad it’s amazing. Almost as amazing as the clever name of the recipe.
